The robe
The Champagne has a pale yellow gold color with bright and deep lemon yellow reflections in the glass. It is animated by fine and lively bubbles which feed a persistent collar. The rather dense and satiny disc closes a rich and fresh visual sensation.
The aromas
The first nose evokes smells of roasted pineapple, bergamot, lemon, biscuit, acacia flower. It evolves well with aeration towards a perfume of honeysuckle mixed with notes of limestone, peach, honey, pear, liquorice, pepper, slightly evolved, grilled, brioche, even toasted. Between freshness and structure.
A nose
The approach on the palate is supple and fresh with a creamy and melted effervescence. The wine develops an elegant material of fleshy and pulpy fruits of apple and pear, supported by a tense acidity of heart of lemon. The mid-palate is orchestrated by a double minerality: clayey with power, vinosity, patina, limestone with elegance and straightness towards the end of the mouth. The precisely slender finish is fruity and mineral, fresh and enhanced by peppery, smoky and aniseed accents.
