La robe Pale yellow gold in color with straw yellow reflections. It is animated by fine and lively bubbles which feed a persistent collar.

The Nose The first nose is fresh, clean and frank. It evokes smells of pippin apple, biscuit, candied peach, candied lemon. With aeration, it evolves towards notes of albedo of pink grapefruit, bitter orange, candied pear with almond, with mineral accents of iodine and clay smoke. 

The Tasting The approach on the palate is supple and fresh with a creamy and melted effervescence. The mid-palate is orchestrated by a clay-‐limestone minerality which gives a velvety texture, breadth and fruity aromatic resonance. The tactile finesse is accompanied on the finish by a melting and balanced sensation, endowed with great freshness and enhanced by saline and iodized accents.
