Winemaking
Gilbert & Gaillard have blended the best Languedoc juices to offer you this 2021 vintage. The grapes are harvested by machine, destemmed and pressed overnight to preserve their freshness and protect them from oxidation. Fermentation at low temperature, allowing the extraction of aromas of small flowers. Aging on lees for one week, use of pea glue.
