Tasting Note
Brilliant, pale yellow color with light green and gold reflections. The nose reveals delicate notes of white flowers and citrus. The palate seduces with its roundness, its fatty-fresh balance and its subtle mineral dimension. Both full and tense, this white wine is at ease from aperitif to the end of a meal.

Winemaking
Vermentino: Direct pressing in whole bunches. Cold stabilization of the juice for 5 days at 7°C with suspension of the lees once a day, allows the extraction of a maximum of aromatic precursors. Then, the temperature rose to 16°C to start the alcoholic fermentation. Grenache blanc: manual harvest at night, direct pressing of whole bunches. Must temperature at 16°C and start of alcoholic fermentation.
Ageing: The Grenache Blanc is spent in barrels for 6 months
