Sustained color with purple reflections. Fine and expressive nose revealing notes of ripe red and black fruits, spices, garrigue, liquorice. The palate combines fullness, melted tannins, freshness and persistence. A brilliant vintage!

Shoulder of lamb confit, duck with olives
Winemaking
The grapes are de-stemmed and sorted manually on conveyor belts then placed in vats. The vatting lasts about 3 weeks, characterized by a gentle extraction developing the aromatic complexity. The post-fermentation maceration work is carried out according to daily juice tastings. Some plots are vinified in whole bunches with aging in barrels of the juices directly after devatting
Ageing: 40% of the juice is aged in barrels between 12 and 18 months
