Tasting Note
Brilliant deep garnet red color underlined by scattered red reflections. On the nose, this wine presents a complex bouquet with notes of tobacco, spices, liquorice, violet and blackberry. The palate is characterized by a velvety tannic structure provided by aging in barrels. The organoleptic palette is just as complex as that perceived on the nose. The significant length in the mouth of this wine makes it possible to appreciate it for long seconds.

Winemaking
The grapes, harvested manually with the greatest care, are then transported in small boxes to the supply quay. The harvest is de-stemmed and sorted manually on a belt then put in vats. The fermentation is about 3 weeks. It is characterized by a gentle extraction developing the aromatic complexity and the structure of the future wine. The post-fermentation maceration work is carried out according to daily must tastings. Ageing: The juice is aged 100% in new white-toasted barrels for 3 years.
