Note Light gold color, pleasant nose, on white-fleshed fruits, peach, pear. A fleshy mouth, with fat, and sapidity.

Winemaking

Gilbert & Gaillard have assembled the best possible juices to offer you this 2021 vintage. The grapes are harvested by machine, destemmed and pressed overnight to preserve their freshness and protect them from oxidation. Fermentation at low temperature, allowing the extraction of white-fleshed fruits. Aging on lees for one week, for the fleshy side, malolactic fermentation.
